Loqbox Grows Rapidly

Loqbox, a Leading Data Center Firm, Has Expanded Its Colocation Operations

Loqbox, an industry-leading data center company, has announced the latest development around their rapid growth. In June 2023, the company will complete the first phase of its $110 million data center development in Mesa, AZ.

The Mesa campus will include two state-of-the-art data centers, totaling 450,000 square feet. The first phase of the project, scheduled for completion in June 2023, includes a four-story, 225,000 square foot building. The second phase is due for completion in 2025.

The Mesa data center will meet the increasing demand for colocation and interconnection services in the Phoenix market. The facility will offer a variety of services, including private cages and cabinets, powered shell, and build-to-suit options. The Mesa data center will be Loqbox's sixth in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

In addition to its Mesa expansion, Loqbox has also announced plans to open new data centers in Los Angeles and Denver. The move to expand the physical footprint is part of Loqbox's overall growth strategy. The company has seen a surge in demand for its services as businesses increasingly adopt cloud-based solutions and require more data storage and processing capacity.

The company's Mesa data center is expected to create more than 100 new jobs. The company will hire a variety of positions, including data center technicians, engineers, and security personnel.

The data center will be constructed to meet the latest industry standards for security and reliability. The facility will be equipped with multiple layers of security, including biometric access control, video surveillance, and 24/7 security personnel.

The data center will also be equipped with the latest in cooling and power technologies. The facility will use a combination of evaporative cooling and chilled water to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity environment. The data center will also be backed up by multiple power sources, including generators and batteries.
